Lavender & Celedon Wedding on a Late Summer’s Night

This weekend, August 23rd, we worked to design a wedding reception for such a nice bride, Joann Pulles.

The weather was cooler than normal for August and the first winds from a tropical storm in the Gulf were just reaching the Middle Tennessee area. Great for the comfort level of guests, not too great for keeping candles lit outdoors! Joann chose lavender and celedon green for her main colors.

The event was held The Governor’s Club, Pleasant Hill Mansion. In keeping with the mansion, the florals inside the venue had a rather old garden, antique look. The green Depression glass containers are a new find here at Branching Out. I love the look.

The outside was a different story ,with the lounge furniture, tables, chairs and linens from our friends at Music City Tents & Events…definitely a more modern, contemporary look.Lounge look cocktail reception

I can’t wait to see the photos from Shannon Jenkins Photography
